You’ll notice that every bill (except for the failed motion to remove HB 1446 from the Table) has “-FN” to indicate a fiscal note.

Creates a statewide battery stewardship program requiring producers to fund and manage sage collection and recycling of easily removable lithium and rechargeable batteries. Oversight will be by the Department of Environmental Services.
